Duration of presentations will be tentatively 40 and 20 min, respectively. A conference rule is that each participant will personally present no more then one talk. Presentation of posters will be considered as well. The Conference languages will be English and possible Russian. ___________________________________________________________ CALL FOR ORGANIZING MINISYMPOSIA: To organize a Minisymposium, please, provide the conference organizers with: a) minisymposium title, name and address of the organizer b) minisymposium abstract c) titles and authors of a minimum of 4 presentations d) abstracts of presentations (optional). Minisymposia proposals due: December 15, 1998 Minisymposia acceptance decision: December 31, 1998 ________________________________________________ CALL FOR PAPERS: People wishing to present a paper in a field related to the conference topics are invited to submit electronic version of the paper (only in English) in LaTeX format by e-mail EMMNA99@uic.rnd.runnet.ru . The deadline is February 15, 1999. Papers should not exceed 12 pages for key and invited lectures, and 8 pages for contributed talks. Notification of acceptance and mandatory format of the final manuscript will be sent around March 31, 1999. _________________________________________________________ Conference Proceedings: Proceedings will be published in a book form and will include only presented at the Conference and passed referee's selection papers. _____________________________________________________________ Abstracts: Abstracts (of a maximum 1 page) are required from all participants wishing to present a talk at the conference. Abstracts have to be sent as ASCII or LaTeX-format files via e-mail. The deadline is January 15, 1999. Abstracts will be published (before the Conference) in a book form and will include passed referee's selection abstracts. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Accommodation: The living expenses for a single room accommodation in an hotel (12 minutes' walk from Congress Site) is currently estimated at the range of $80-$150 per night. You can book University Accommodation in a university dormitory (2 minutes' walk from Congress Site). The living expenses for a single and double room accommodation in a dormitory is currently estimated at the range of $10-$30 per night.
