Deadlines for Booking

Owing to the demand for accommodation in Rostov State University and in Hotel "Intourist" accommodation must be reserved before the 1st MAY 1999. Accommodation reservations cannot be guaranteed after these dates.

University Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved in a University dormitory (2 minutes's walk from Conference Site) in the city. All prices are per room per night, for single or double occupancy. The living expenses for a single or double room accommodation in a dormitory is currently estimated at the range of $5-$10 per night.

Hotel Accommodation

A large number of rooms have been secured for EMMNA`99 in the hotel "Intourist". The living expenses for an accommodation in the hotel "Intourist" (10-12 minutes' walk from Congress Site) is currently estimated at the range of $34-$212 per night. Please, look at the Hotel "Intourist" Price-list The prices quoted are per room per night, for single or double occupancy.
If you require a family room, additional or special accommodation please email emmna99@uic.rnd.runnet.ru and put "accommodation" in the subject line. You may also indicate any specific conditions or special requirements for a hotel room.
Of course, you may also decide to make your own accommodation arrangements.
